Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of the items sold by The Lainey Co., all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We encourage you to review all product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and condition details carefully before purchasing. Vintage and secondhand items may show signs of age, wear, or imperfections. These characteristics are part of their unique nature and will be represented as accurately as possible in the product listing.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thelaineyco@gmail.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, and all packaging materials.

Please keep the item and all original packaging while your claim is being reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Please review artwork dimensions, photographs, framing details, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Original artwork is final sale.
