Shipping policy

Orders from The Lainey Co. are carefully packed and shipped from South Carolina. Because many of our items are original artwork, vintage, or one of a kind, we take extra care when preparing each order for shipment.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Fort Mill, SC! Select “Free Local Pick Up” at checkout. Once your order is placed, please email thelaineyco@gmail.com or send me a DM on Instagram to coordinate pickup details and receive the address.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Original Art & Vintage Items
Many items available through The Lainey Co. are one of a kind. Vintage items may show signs of age and previous use, which are part of their character. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe the condition of each item before purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help you determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. Please keep all original packaging while we review the damage. We’ll work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
